How you can help
Whether you choose to make a regular donation, do a challenge event or volunteer, your support makes our work with local people possible. Our amazing supporters are vital to our work.
Make a real difference to your community by volunteering.
Harleston Information Plus has a variety of rewarding volunteering opportunities including community information receptionist, helping at social sessions, organising information events and fundraisers, behind the scenes paperwork and admin, poster design, IT tutors and more. Volunteers can make a regular weekly commitment of a few hours or just help on an occasional basis. Whatever the role full training and support is given.

- Talk to people about us
Harleston Information Plus services are available to all but it can be hard to reach those who need the services most. If you do not have time to volunteer with Harleston Information Plus you could still help by telling family, friends and neighbours about services the organisation offers.
- £60 pays for one jobs club session helping 16-20 jobseekers
- £4 pays the information centre telephone bill for a day
- £25 allows us to offer a free Carers advice surgery
- £300 provides First Aid training for 12 volunteers
A collection box is always available at the Community information centre, every penny counts and is gratefully received.
