‘Harleston’s Future’ a project being delivered by Harleston’s Town Team.



‘To ensure the continued prosperity and well-being of Harleston, for the benefit of local businesses, the local economy, residents and visitors’.

Harleston's Future organises many social events in the community including Christmas lights switch on, Antiques Fair, Halloween fun and much more. They also have a committee that looks at Harleston's environment and another group that runs the Harleston Cinema.

Aims and Objectives of HDBF

  • To foster positive and collaborative relations between businesses in and around the town, other interested organisations and retired business people and the local community.
  • To provide a forum and meeting place for members to learn and shares ideas and information.
  • To represent the businesses in Harleston and District and to act as a channel of information and opinions between the town's businesses and various authorities and other organisations.
  • To contribute to the positive development and encourage growth of the existing business of Harleston and District.
